As those of us who participated in the Sources of Strength training, we need to have several sources of strength to draw upon, especially when things get challenging. The areas to consider (as you may have seen on the wheel on magnets in some rooms) are:
Mental Health, Family Support, Positive Friends, Mentors, Healthy Activities, Generosity, Spirituality and Medical Access.
ROCK and Sources of Strength will be running more activities and sharing more information about how to tap into more areas of strength. Stay tuned. In the mean time, we ask you:
